The safety of children in our care is paramount. Age-appropriate seating, drivers cleared to carry minors, and the same door-to-door standard as every other trip.
Paediatric appointments, therapy sessions and school-related medical trips need a vehicle fitted for a child and a driver who has been cleared to carry one. Both are arranged before the ride, not on the day.
Tell us the child’s age and whether a car seat or a wheelchair is needed when you book, and the right vehicle and restraint are assigned to the trip.

Two minutes online, or one phone call. We ask for a day’s notice so the route is planned properly — and if we cannot take the trip, we will say so straight away.
